This is the seventh year for the Gilroy/Morgan Hill Chapter of National Junior Basketball (NJB).   A dream was realized with the creation of the Gilroy/Morgan Hill Chapter of NJB.  Our first year was a great success because of the many volunteers, parents, community leaders, and especially the children that played in the initial season.  The league consisted of 6 teams in its initial season (3 of the 6 teams won Silicon Valley Championships)!!  Our second year was even greater than the first with our Division Two Girls winning the National Championship in L.A.!!!!  One of our Division Two Boys teams also made it to the National Championships and placed 6th!!!   We doubled in size and had more involvement from the community. In our third year, our 6th Grade Girls All Net team again came home with the National Championship.  One of our Division II Boys teams placed 5th in the Nationals.    

We are growing stronger and stronger with each year and look forward to 2009-10 season bringing many more memorable moments to our NJB players and families.
